Kiera Portrait #2 progress

I decided to start another portrait last night of Kiera. It is from a picture I took when we went to the Portland Children's Museum back in December. It is coming along but there are a few quirky things with it that I need to fix. I forgot how hard mouths and lips are. And I am having a little trouble with a few other things. It is definitely going to take some more practice. I wish I had my teacher standing behind me critiquing my work for me. I learned so much more that way. I really need to stay on top of this. But I thought you'd like to see the progress I am making with it. Here's the updated picture that I promised. Doesn't it look so much better?

I fixed this picture so now Kiera's chin doesn't look like it is longer than her nose and her lips are better now too. I will post a picture of the fixed one soon.
